RENTAL INFORMATION AND PROCEDURES


CABIN FEATURES

- 400 SQ FEET OF LIVING SPACE - Modern bathroom and shower - Two bedrooms, one with bunk beds, one with double bed, sleeps a maximum   of six people - Loft provides sleeping space for air mattresses, sleeping bags-maximum of   eight additional people
	- Kitchenette - medium-sized   refrigerator, range top, sink, table & 4   chairs, hot & cold water, countertops,   microwaves, coffemakers, dishes,   silverware, pots & pans - Heat & air conditioning - Large covered porch - Picnic table and fire ring w/grill   outside - Vehicle parking nearby - Futon couch (double bed) in living   area

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

- PEAK SEASON- April 1st to October 31st
- Peak Sunday to Thursday - $55.00 per night
- Peak Friday and Saturday- $75.00 per night
- One week (7 days) - $350.00
- OFF PEAK SEASON- Nov 1st to March 31st
- Off Peak Sunday to Thursday - $50.00 per night
- Off Friday and Saturday - $65.00 per night
- One week (7 days) - $325.00
- $50.00 Deposit for damage & clean-up
- Maximum stay of 14 days
- Reservations may be made up to 90 days to date in advance
- Cabin rental must be in the name of a person 21 years of age or
  older who will be present at the facility for the full term of the
  reservation
- Rental fee and deposit shall be paid in full within two weeks of
  making the reservation
